Allison Larsen is a Certified Reflexologist, Reiki Master, Speaker and Mother who promotes a holistic approach to health and wellness. She is the Owner of Family Foot Reflexology and has trained mothers all over the world in foot zoning, as well as helped guide thousands of other people on their journey to greater health and wellness through classes, retreats, presentations and individual sessions.

Allison enjoys learning and sharing the skills that have helped her to overcome struggles with anxiety and become a more confident mother, wife and daughter of God. She enjoys family history work and loves to connect families together! Among her favorite things to do are traveling with her handsome husband and 4 amazing children. She is passionate about life and believes that joy can be found in every step of the journey!
