Episode 274 - Regina Hall, Teaching Women to Exhale Towards Healing


Regina Hall is an author, certified speaker, trainer, coach, licensed professional counselor (LPC), and an ordained minister. A graduate of Ashland Theological Seminary, with a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling. She also graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.

She is the founder of Enlighten Heart Services (EHS). EHS aims to assist women to discover who they are through transforming their minds and emotions by taking a journey in self-acceptance, personal authenticity, and adding value to others. She also is the founder of Sisters Journeying Together (SJT). SJT birthed from her book, "Mommy, I Need You!" Its purpose is to mentor young ladies in finding their voices through personal growth and leadership. SJT hosted their first back to school conference in 2019 that focused on personal and professional development for teen girls between the ages of 12-19.

She is a member of the Great Lakes Real Orator Toastmasters Club, Greater Farmington Area Chamber of Commerce, Southfield Area Chamber of Commerce, Michigan Association of Female Entrepreneurs (MAFE), American Business Women Association (ABWA), Je T'aime Woman's Life Chapter 817, and attends Brightmoor Christian Church.

Regina resides with her loving husband of 13 years. They have one amazing daughter Amanda who is currently attending Kalamazoo College.
